Responsible for managing the customer account, coordinating customer requirements, product development, order execution, and ensuring on-time delivery while working closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Handles prominent customer account independently.
Manage enquiries, order execution, and customer communication.
Coordinate sampling, approvals, and product development.
Track orders through the Time & Action plan.
Coordinate with Production, Sourcing, Quality, PPC, and Commercial teams.
Ensure compliance with quality, packaging, and labelling requirements.
Monitor order status and shipment schedules.
Escalate critical issues to management in a timely manner.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
