Mentry provides technical training solutions to colleges, universities, training institutes, and corporate organizations. We are currently hiring R Programming Trainer for upcoming classroom offline training program in Chennai.
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical training sessions to students and professionals.
- Conduct classroom or online training as assigned.
- Prepare presentations, coding exercises, and practical demonstrations.
- Help participants understand concepts through hands-on examples.
- Coordinate with the Mentry team regarding training schedules and assignments.
- Maintain professional communication and punctuality.
Required Skills
Candidates should have experience in one or more of the following:
Requirements
- Strong hands-on expertise in R Programming, RStudio, and Statistical Data Analysis.
- Proficiency in R programming fundamentals, data structures, control statements, functions, and data manipulation.
- Experience in teaching data cleaning, data visualization using ggplot2, dplyr, tidyr, and Statistical Computing.
- Good understanding of descriptive and inferential statistics, hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and machine learning basics in R.
- Knowledge of Bioconductor, gene expression analysis, Principal Component Analysis (PCA), clustering techniques, and bioinformatics packages such as DESeq2, edgeR, limma, clusterProfiler, and pheatmap is preferred.
- Ability to conduct practical, project-based sessions using real-world datasets.
- Previous training or teaching experience with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to prepare training materials, assignments, and hands-on exercises.
