About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Surface Grinding Operator to operate surface grinding machines and manufacture precision components as per engineering drawings and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate surface grinding machines independently.
- Perform precision grinding as per drawings and tolerances.
- Carry out job setting, wheel setting, dressing, and balancing.
- Inspect components using precision measuring instruments.
- Maintain required flatness, parallelism, accuracy, and surface finish.
- Minimize rejection and rework while maintaining productivity.
- Follow SOPs, safety, PPE, and 5S practices.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in surface grinding operations.
- Knowledge of grinding wheels and machine settings.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and tolerances.
- Skilled in using micrometers, height gauges, and dial gauges.
- Strong understanding of precision machining and quality requirements.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
