Role Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end execution of interior and modular furniture projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, cost control, and an exceptional customer experience. The role coordinates with Design, Procurement, Manufacturing, Vendors, Installation Teams, and Customers to deliver projects successfully.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage projects from design handover to final completion.
- Develop and monitor project schedules and milestones.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, production, logistics, and installation teams.
- Ensure timely procurement, manufacturing, and site readiness.
- Monitor project budgets, quality, risks, and timelines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during execution.
- Conduct regular site visits and resolve execution issues.
- Manage vendors, contractors, and installation teams.
- Maintain project documentation and progress reports.
- Ensure smooth project handover and closure.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of project management experience in interior fit-outs, modular furniture, or construction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management tools; ERP experience is preferred.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
