Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our team at e24 Technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT, Sales, and Marketing professionals across India and the United States. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, identifying and attracting top talent in both regions, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience while supporting domestic and international hiring needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract top IT talent through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking across India and the United States.
- Stay updated on hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability across both Indian and US job markets.
- Update job portals and maintain an active presence across recruitment platforms reaching out to the right audience
- Source, screen, and recruit top IT professionals across various domains (Software Development, DevOps, Cloud, Data Science, Testing, etc.).
- Identify and hire Sales and Marketing professionals for business development, digital marketing, and lead generation roles.
- Coordinate and conduct initial screening interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and facilitate assessments.
- Conduct thorough background verification for shortlisted candidates.
- Negotiate salary packages and extend job offers to selected candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent database through multiple channels for future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities.
- Track and report recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in IT recruitment with a strong understanding of technical roles and skills in IT, Sales & Marketing
- Familiarity with IT technologies, programming languages, and frameworks (e.g., Java, Python, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data Science, etc.).
- Experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to manage multiple job openings and meet tight hiring deadlines.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in bulk hiring for IT roles is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
