Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications for the Consumer Banking division
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment
- Continuously improve and optimize existing applications to enhance performance, scalability, and user experience
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices to drive innovation
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 6 -10 years of experience as an Application Developer or Software Engineer
- Proficient in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C#
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
- Experience with web application development frameworks, such as Spring, Django, or .NET
- Familiarity with database technologies, such as SQL, NoSQL, or ORM frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
