Responsible for negotiating with MLOs/ NVOCCs to ensure that we have in market” rates and suitable supply of equipments on an ALL INDIA/ Regional BASIS
- Liaise with Shipping Lines, Overseas Counterparts, Customs Brokers, Transport Vendors, Port Authorities Other Vendors to ensure competitive pricing is sourced and fed in system.
- Provide ocean freight rate quotations to customers.
- Responsible for price and service negotiation with customers.
- Effectively maintain the relationship with existing customers
- Work closely with shippers, vendors, and suppliers and complete errors on incomplete or inconsistent documentation
- Handle customer inquiries and questions to ensure customer satisfactions
- Ability to multitask under pressure while meeting deadlines
- · Requires 1 years sales experience with a minimum 1-year experience in Freight Forwarding
