Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Bid Executive to support the organization's tendering and proposal management activities. The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities through tenders, preparing bid submissions, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring timely and compliant bid submissions.
Key Responsibilities1. Tender & Bid Management
- Search, identify, and evaluate relevant tender opportunities from government and private portals.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, and submission requirements.
- Monitor tender schedules and ensure timely submission of bids.
- Maintain a calendar of upcoming tenders and deadlines.
2. Proposal Preparation
- Prepare technical, commercial, and compliance documents for bid submissions.
- Gather required information from internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all bid documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with tender requirements.
- Assist in preparing presentations, company profiles, and supporting documents.
3. Vendor & Pricing Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotations and supporting documents.
- Assist in preparing cost estimates, pricing sheets, and commercial proposals.
- Compare vendor quotations and maintain pricing records.
4. Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with internal teams to collect approvals and necessary documentation.
- Coordinate responses to tender-related queries and clarifications.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings and maintain records of discussions when required.
5. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain organized records of tenders, bid submissions, contracts, and correspondence.
- Track bid outcomes and prepare periodic status reports.
- Support contract documentation and project handover activities after award confirmation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in tendering, bidding, proposal management, or administrative coordination preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Strong attention to detail and document management skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work within strict deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with government and private tender portals.
- Knowledge of bid documentation and compliance requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
