- Receive, inspect, and verify electrical materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Ensure proper identification, storage, and preservation of electrical items such as cables, switches, relays, MCBs, contactors, sensors, PLC components, connectors, terminals, and other electrical spare parts.
- Issue materials to production and maintenance departments based on approved material requisitions.
- Maintain accurate stock records in SAP software.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate material requisitions to avoid shortages.
- Conduct daily, monthly, and annual physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain FIFO/LIFO practices where applicable.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Quality, Production, and Maintenance teams for timely material availability.
- Ensure proper documentation for inward, outward, stock transfers, and returns.
- Maintain stores housekeeping as per 5S standards and ensure safe storage practices.
- Identify slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory and submit periodic reports.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company inventory procedures.
- Support internal and external audits by providing inventory records and documentation.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and minimize material losses.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of electrical components and industrial electrical spare parts.
- Experience in inventory management and stores operations.
- Hands-on experience with SAP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Good understanding of inventory control techniques.
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Diploma / BE in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or a related discipline.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in electrical stores, warehouse, or inventory management in a manufacturing or industrial environment..
- Fresher from Electrical discipline
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
