Senior Sales and Marketing Executive (Field Sales)
Required Experience in Beauty , Personal care, Cosmetics Sales.
We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Marketing sales executives (Male and female) willing to join our sales team.
The Candidate will be responsible for generating leads, from the market and pitching for our products (Skincare, Cosmetics), taking sales calls, and achieving the sales target(No specific target) As a marketing executive, you should be enthusiastic self-motivated, who is capable of driving sales growth.
Eventually, he/she should be able to build a relationship with potential clients and close sales.
Marketing Executive Role and Responsibility:
A Marketing Executive needs to perform the following tasks:
· Finding new business opportunities and customers.
.Making Relationship with whole seller and retailer.
· Maintain relationships with existing customers and keep in touch with them.
· Move extensively as per the guidelines given.
· Pitch for the product.
· Need to give daily market feedback
· Handling and resolving client queries and complaints.
· No specific sales targets. Incentives based on lead.
Incentives can be paid weekly or monthly basis.
Two Wheeler license is preferable
Education: 12th(Preferred)
Experience: At Least 1-2 years of experience in sales preferably in B-to-B operations
Skilled at negotiation and problem-solving Strong communicator, both verbal and written
Pleasing Personality, Experience,Whole seller and Retail engagement.
· Research and record keeping · Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills.
Work From Home available(Only Incentive basis)
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
