Job Summary
Inexoft Technologies is seeking a Customer Care Executive to join its team in Kannur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining positive customer relationships. This role is suitable for candidates with prior customer service experience who are looking to build a career in customer support and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding company products and services.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through professional communication.
- Address customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
- Maintain and update customer records and relevant documentation.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate insights to support service improvements.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Customer Care, Customer Support, Customer Service, Customer Relations, Telecalling, Front Office, or similar customer-facing roles will be an added advantage.
- Candidates from Kannur or nearby locations are preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
