Handling day to day account
· Well versed with accounting software like Tally, Excel, etc.
· Maintain sales ledger, purchase ledger, party ledger.
· Handle all bank transactions.
· Calculation of GST(GSTR 3B, GSTR 1) and TDS and filing of their returns.
· Online payment of GST and TDS.
· Payment follow-up with clients.
· Maintain payment register in excel sheet.
· Preparing invoices monthly to be given to clients/customers.
· Handling petty cash and giving a monthly expense sheet.
· Handle administrative work and office administration.
· Co-ordinate with CA in auditing and solving the correction.
· Undertake any lawful duties as instructed by management.
· Sending Quotation to Customer / PI and collection of Payment.
All other activities which accountant should do (INCLUDING TALLY)
