Job Title: Senior Sourcing Executive
Location: Howrah, Kolkata
Experience: 3–9 Years (Garments & Apparel Industry)
Key Responsibilities:
- Source garments and apparel from reliable vendors and manufacturers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and commercial terms.
- Coordinate with merchandising, production, and quality teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Identify and onboard new vendors to expand the supplier network.
- Ensure product quality, cost efficiency, and timely procurement of finished garments.
Requirements:
- 3–9 years of sourcing experience in the garments/apparel industry.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of garment manufacturing, costing, and supply chain processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
