About the Role:
Infospry is looking for a Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships. You will be at the forefront of our expansion strategy, focusing on international clients, lead generation, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic outreach
- Initiate and manage cold outreach campaigns, including emails and cold calls
- Present and pitch Infospry’s services and solutions to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both potential and existing clients
- Negotiate contract terms and close deals in alignment with company objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, project management) to ensure smooth project delivery
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT/Web Sales or related fields
- Proven track record in business development, cold outreach, and client acquisition
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of web and IT services (web development, digital solutions, etc.)
- Ability to handle international clients, including familiarity with different time zones and cultural nuances
- Experience in CRM tools and lead management
Preferred Skills:
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities
- Knowledge of digital marketing and/or web technologies
- Relationship-building and customer service mindset
