Job Description:
We are looking for an Inventory Executive for the jewellery industry who can handle stock management and inventory entries in ERP software. The candidate should have experience in maintaining accurate stock records of gold, diamond, and jewellery items, inward/outward entries, stock transfers, barcode/tagging updates, and preparing inventory reports. The person should coordinate with production, QC, and dispatch teams to ensure proper stock movement and record accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain jewellery inventory in ERP software
- Handle inward / outward stock entries
- Update gold, diamond, and finished jewellery stock records
- Manage stock transfer, issue, and receipt entries
- Prepare inventory and stock reports
- Coordinate with production, QC, and dispatch departments
- Ensure physical stock and ERP stock match properly
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
