Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries regarding export shipments and logistics services. Coordinate with operations, documentation, and pricing teams for shipment execution. Track export shipments and provide regular status updates to customers. Follow up with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and overseas agents. Assist in preparing and verifying export documentation.
- Coordinate booking confirmations and shipment schedules.
- Resolve shipment-related queries and customer concerns promptly.
- Maintain records of shipments, customer communications, and service reports. Ensure timely submission of documents and compliance with export procedures. Support customers from booking confirmation until cargo delivery.
Required Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of freight forwarding and export processes.
- Knowledge of shipping documents such as Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, and Shipping Bill.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or any related field.
- 6 Months – 1 Year of experience in Export Customer Service, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Shipping, or Documentation.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
