Purpose of the Position
The Project Engineer / Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end execution of customer projects, from requirement definition and technical solutioning through delivery, commissioning, and closure. The role combines technical domain expertise with project management and customer ownership, ensuring that delivered solutions are scalable, technically sound, commercially viable, and aligned with customer expectations and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities – Project Ownership & Execution
- Own and manage customer projects from initiation to completion within scope, timeline, cost, and quality.- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and risk registers.- Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders.- Manage project cash flow, changes, and scope alignment.
Key Responsibilities – Technical Leadership & Solution Definition
- Act as technical authority for assigned projects and application domains.- Translate customer requirements into technical solutions using existing product portfolios.- Review and challenge technical architectures.- Support FAT/SAT, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Act as single point of contact for customers during project execution.- Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans.- Ensure alignment with contractual and technical commitments.
Product & Business Contribution
- Provide structured feedback to Product Management.- Identify scalable and repeatable solution patterns.- Support Sales and KAMs during pre-sales and handover phases.
Mandates & Authority
- Approve project-level technical decisions.- Manage purchases within approved budgets.- Assess and approve project risks within defined thresholds.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in project execution or application engineering.- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.- Experience with power management systems and control systems.- Codesys / C / C++ knowledge preferred.- Fluent in English.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
