At BrightChamps, we're looking for a Program Manager – Academic Operations who can bring structure to complexity, drive cross-functional execution, and transform data into impactful decisions. This is a high-ownership role where you'll work at the intersection of Operations, Data, Strategy, and Academic Excellence to scale one of the most critical functions in our business.

Operational Excellence
Build visibility across the entire teacher lifecycle—from hiring and training to onboarding, quality, performance, retention, and escalations.
- Develop dashboards, MIS reports, and executive-ready insights that enable data-driven decision-making.
Cross-Functional Program Management
- Partner with Teacher Hiring, Training, Quality, Academic Operations, and Business teams to ensure seamless execution across multiple workstreams.
- Identify risks early, remove bottlenecks, and ensure every initiative moves from planning to successful execution.
Strategic Program Execution
- Convert ambiguous business challenges into structured action plans with clear owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
- Drive operational reviews, monitor key success metrics, and present actionable recommendations to leadership.
Process Innovation & Automation
Design scalable SOPs, operational playbooks, and workflows that improve efficiency. Leverage AI tools, automation, Google Apps Script, and BI platforms to reduce manual effort and build smarter operations.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who combines analytical thinking with exceptional execution.
You should have:
4–6 years of experience in Program Management, Operations, Academic Operations, Teacher Operations, or similar execution-intensive roles.
A strong ownership mindset—you don't wait for problems to be solved; you solve them.
Expertise in Excel/Google Sheets, dashboards, reporting, and operational analytics.
Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills.
The ability to simplify complex problems into scalable, practical solutions.
You'll Stand Out If You Have Experience With
SQL
Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau
Google Apps Script or workflow automation
CRM, LMS, HRMS, or ticketing platforms
EdTech, K–12, Teacher Lifecycle, Learning Operations, or Training Operations
