Job Title: Telesales Executive – Pharma & Wellness
Location: Panchkula
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
Experience
- Minimum 1 Year Experience in telesales, wellness sales, healthcare, BPO, or customer support will be preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding pharma & wellness products/services
- Explain product benefits and offers professionally
- Handle customer queries and follow-ups
- Generate leads and convert potential customers
- Maintain customer database and daily call reports
- Build strong customer relationships
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi
- Basic English communication preferred
- Positive attitude and sales-oriented mindset
