About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive business growth for our Architecture and Design practice. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the real estate, architecture, interior design, construction, or related industries, with a strong network and proven ability to generate and convert business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the architecture, interior design, and real estate sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate developers, builders, architects, consultants, corporate clients, and channel partners.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, market research, and industry events.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and project discussions to understand requirements and propose suitable design solutions.
- Coordinate with the design and project teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the industry.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and prepare regular business development reports.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry networking events.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 5–6 years of business development or sales experience in the real estate, architecture, interior design, construction, or design industry.
- Strong understanding of the architecture, interior design, and real estate market.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and proposal preparation.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Existing network with real estate developers, architects, interior designers, PMC consultants, and corporate clients.
- Experience in selling architecture, interior design, fit-out, or construction-related services.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
