- Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise ServiceNow transformations
- Enterprise ServiceNow Architecture, Strategy & Roadmap
- Platform Governance, Architectural Standards & Design Principles
- Platform Consolidation, Modernization & Technical Debt Reduction
- Scalable, Secure & High-Performance ServiceNow Architecture
- Strong experience across multiple ServiceNow product lines
- ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, SecOps, IRM/GRC
- AI / Now Assist
MANDATORY CERTIFICATIONS
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- CSA – Certified System Administrator
- CAD – Certified Application Developer
- Multiple CIS Certifications – ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, ITAM, SPM, etc.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define enterprise-wide ServiceNow architecture roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Establish platform governance, reusable architecture patterns and design principles
- Drive platform consolidation, modernization and technical debt reduction
- Serve as the final architecture authority for ServiceNow solutions
- Architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across multiple product lines
- Design scalable, secure and high-performing solutions across global enterprise environments
- Lead large-scale ServiceNow transformation initiatives

IMPORTANT
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is MANDATORY.
- Immediate Joiners ONLY.
- Strong enterprise ServiceNow Architecture and Implementation experience is required.
- Candidate must be comfortable working US Shift.
- Contract duration: 6 months, extendable depending on project requirements.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 per month
