Job Summary
Makeolix Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to manage and grow social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency and possess excellent communication, content planning, and campaign management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies for various brands and clients.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other social media platforms.
- Create content calendars and ensure timely posting of content.
- Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, and marketing teams.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience engagement.
- Manage social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Track campaign performance and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Handle multiple client accounts and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience queries professionally.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager.
- Mandatory experience in a Digital Marketing Agency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and content scheduling tools.
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
