Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Junior Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead recruitment initiatives and support workforce planning within the automobile industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder engagement, talent pipeline development, and ensuring timely closure of positions across various functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for leadership, managerial, and critical business positions.
- Partner with business leaders and department heads to understand hiring requirements and manpower planning.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, assessments, and offer negotiations.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Drive recruitment process efficiency and ensure timely position closures.
- Manage recruitment vendors, consultants, and external hiring partners.
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports for management review.
- Support employer branding initiatives and enhance candidate experience.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
- Around 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Mandatory experience in the Automobile Industry.
- Proven experience in handling volume hiring, lateral hiring, and leadership hiring.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, talent mapping, and recruitment analytics.
- Experience working with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
