Key Responsibilities:
- Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM (D365/CRM).
- Develop plugins, workflows, and custom integrations.
- Work on CRM forms, entities, dashboards, and business processes.
- Integrate CRM with external systems using APIs, Azure services, or middleware.
- Troubleshoot performance issues and provide production support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders for requirement gathering.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience in MS Dynamics CRM / D365 (Sales/Service modules)
- Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Web APIs
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Understanding of CRM customization, plugins, and workflows
- Exposure to Azure services and integrations is a plus
