Job Title : Customer Relationship Executive

Role & Responsibilites :
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with Sales and Service teams for timely issue resolution.
- Maintain customer records and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare customer feedback and service reports.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Automobile Industry.
- Good communication, customer handling, and CRM/MS Office knowledge.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
