Furdeco is hiring an experienced Operations Manager to lead large-scale delivery logistics and customer support operations. The ideal candidate should have demonstrated experience managing large teams, driving operational KPIs, improving business processes, and delivering exceptional customer and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations while ensuring adherence to SLAs and business KPIs.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Team Leaders and Operations Managers.
- Oversee teams exceeding 100 employees.
- Analyze operational metrics and prepare periodic MIS reports.
- Improve operational efficiency through process optimization.
- Drive customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Collaborate with Quality, Training, HR, and Workforce Management teams.
- Handle client escalations and operational reviews.
- Ensure productivity, quality, compliance, and cost optimization.
Requirements
- 9–15 years of experience in Operations Management, Process Management, or Program Management.
- Experience in Logistics, Delivery Operations, Last-Mile Delivery, BPO, Contact Centre, or Customer Operations.
- Proven experience managing teams of 100+ employees.
- Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Graduate degree required; MBA is preferred.
