Experienced and confident candidate with 2-3 years of similar experience and willingness to undertake multitasking responsibilities can apply. Candidate must have exposure to ERP and Tally software and should be a resident of Vadodara.
Job responsibilities include:
- Knowledge of TDS, GST returns, E-way bill, credit/debit notes, and coordination with CA
- Purchase management including negotiation with suppliers, creating alternate vendors, preparing purchase orders, and regular follow-up for timely material delivery
- Building and maintaining good relationships with vendors and developing backup suppliers for emergency and non-availability situations
- Coordination with accounts, stores, suppliers, and internal departments for smooth operations
- Good communication and negotiation skills are essential
Candidate must be confident in handling purchase activities independently and capable of maintaining proper documentation and follow-up.
