Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Coordinator located in Bengaluru. The Service Coordinator will manage day-to-day operations for service coordination, ensuring efficient execution of customer service tasks. Key responsibilities include communicating with clients regarding service requirements, scheduling and delegating tasks to the appropriate teams, and maintaining regular updates on operational processes. The role also involves resolving service-related issues and ensuring adherence to performance and quality standards.

- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in service coordination, operations, or a related field is preferred.
