Role Summary:
The Business Development & Client Relations Executive will be responsible for client relationship management, business development support, and coordination of healthcare education initiatives. The role requires interaction with pharmaceutical companies, healthcare professionals, and internal teams to conceptualize and execute medical education and communication solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to propose suitable healthcare communication and CME solutions
- Support business development activities and identify opportunities for new projects
- Prepare presentations, proposals and marketing collateral for client discussions
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely project execution
- Participate in client meetings and present educational and communication solutions confidently
- Negotiate project budgets and commercial terms while maintaining profitability goals
- Ensure smooth follow-up and relationship management throughout project lifecycles
- Support execution of medical education activities including webinars, live meetings, digital programs, and educational initiatives aligned with company offerings
