We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Field Operations & Client Relations Executive to help grow our home healthcare business and ensure exceptional patient and family experiences.
Position Summary
The Field Operations & Client Relations Executive will be responsible for generating and converting leads, conducting home visits, coordinating patient onboarding, maintaining client relationships, resolving field issues, and supporting day-to-day operations.
This role requires frequent travel across Chennai to meet patients, families, hospitals, clinics, and referral partners.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition & Lead Conversion
- Respond promptly to inquiries received through phone, WhatsApp, website, social media, and referrals.
- Contact prospective clients and explain Ginger Era services.
- Conduct home visits to understand patient requirements.
- Prepare service proposals and pricing quotations.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed service contracts.
- Ensure all required agreements and consent forms are signed.
Patient Assessment & Onboarding
- Visit patient homes to assess care requirements.
- Gather patient history and service needs.
- Coordinate with nurses, caregivers, and management to assign suitable staff.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Educate families regarding care plans and service expectations.
Field Operations
- Conduct regular home visits to active clients.
- Monitor service quality and patient satisfaction.
- Address and resolve issues reported by patients, families, and caregivers.
- Handle caregiver replacements when necessary.
- Escalate clinical or operational concerns to management promptly.
- Support emergency staffing situations when required.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients and families.
- Develop referral relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, pharmacies, diagnostic centers, and community organizations.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Follow up with existing clients for service renewals and additional care needs.
Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Promote Ginger Era services in hospitals, clinics, apartments, senior citizen communities, and corporate offices.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, health camps, and awareness programs.
- Generate referral partnerships to support business growth.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate client records and visit reports.
- Update CRM, Excel sheets, or internal systems regularly.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
- Track leads, conversions, and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with HR and operations teams regarding staff deployment.
Required Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
- Healthcare, Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Laboratory, Hospital Administration, Social Work, or Business backgrounds preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in healthcare sales, home healthcare, diagnostics, insurance, customer service, or hospital operations is an advantage.

Mandatory Requirements
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.
- Must own or have access to a two-wheeler for field visits.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Chennai.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings when required.
- Fluency in Tamil is mandatory.
- Basic English communication skills preferred.
