Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor's Degree (ECE, EEE, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Computer Science, or related field)
Job Summary
We are looking for a Service Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and support Cash Counting Machines, Currency Sorting Machines, and Banking Automation Equipment. The candidate will be responsible for providing timely technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining optimal machine performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and commission Cash Counting Machines and Currency Sorting Machines.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance at customer sites.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, electrical, mechanical, and sensor-related issues.
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely technical support.
- Replace faulty components such as rollers, belts, sensors, motors, and power supplies.
- Maintain service reports and customer visit records.
- Train customers on machine operation and basic maintenance.
- Coordinate with senior engineers and technical teams for issue resolution.
- Ensure proper functioning and uptime of machines.
