- Handle TPA processing and insurance documentation
- Coordinate with insurance companies for approvals and claim settlements
- Prepare and process patient billing accurately
- Manage cashless hospitalization procedures
- Maintain records and ensure timely claim submissions
- Resolve billing queries and coordinate with patients and hospital departments
