About the Role
LawCrust Global Consulting Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior IP Advocate to join our growing Intellectual Property practice. This role is designed for legal professionals with 2–3 years of focused IP experience who possess hands-on exposure to IP objections, hearings, and prosecution beyond routine filing and trademark searches. The ideal candidate holds a valid Sanad and is passionate about building a long-term career in IP law.

What We Expect
- 2–3 years of dedicated experience in Intellectual Property law
- Valid Sanad (Bar Council license) — mandatory
- Demonstrated experience in IP objections and court hearings — mandatory; candidates with only filing/trademark search background will not be considered
- Working knowledge of the Trade Marks Act, Copyright Act, Patents Act, and Designs Act
- Experience in drafting examination replies, show-cause notices, and opposition proceedings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple matters, and meet deadlines
- Professional attitude, attention to detail, and a client-first mindset
- Open to travel as required for hearings and client meetings
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle trademark, copyright, patent, and design prosecution matters end-to-end
- Draft and file responses to IP office examination reports and objections
- Appear before the Trade Marks Registry, Copyright Office, and Patent Office for hearings
- Represent clients in opposition, rectification, and cancellation proceedings
- Conduct thorough IP searches and provide clearance opinions and legal advice
- Draft IP-related legal documents including licensing agreements, cease & desist notices, and assignments
- Coordinate with clients, IP offices, and foreign associates for international IP matters
- Assist senior advocates in advisory work, litigation strategy, and complex IP disputes
- Maintain accurate records and docket management for all IP matters
- Stay updated with amendments, case law, and developments in Indian and international IP law
