Job Summary
We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Technical Sales Manager with 6+ years of experience to lead our sales efforts in the Legal Tech domain. This role requires a unique blend of strategic outdoor sales expertise and the ability to mentor a high-performing technical sales team. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by delivering cutting-edge software solutions to law firms, corporate legal departments, and judicial entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing complex deals within the Legal Tech sector.
- Outdoor Sales & Networking: Conduct face-to-face meetings, product demonstrations, and site visits with key decision-makers to build long-term relationships.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of sales associates, providing technical guidance, performance tracking, and professional development.
- Lead Management: Oversee the CRM pipeline, ensuring high conversion rates from initial outreach to final acquisition.
- Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends in digital legal infrastructure and AI-driven legal tools.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the product and engineering teams to align client feedback with the technical roadmap.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 6 years of proven experience in B2B Technical Sales or Software Sales.
- Leadership: At least 2 years of experience leading or managing a sales team.
- Technical Savvy: Strong understanding of SaaS models, AI integration, or enterprise software; ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding multi-million INR sales targets.
- Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or Law (LLB/LLM) preferred.
