- Provide technical support to customers through inbound and outbound voice calls.
- Troubleshoot antivirus, software, operating system, and application-related issues.
- Diagnose technical problems and provide effective solutions within the defined timelines.
- Guide customers step-by-step to resolve their technical concerns.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
- Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate support teams when required.
- Follow company processes and quality standards during customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate Freshers are eligible to apply.
- Undergraduates must have a minimum of 6 months of documented work experience.
- Candidates from B.Tech, BCA, MCA, Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar technical backgrounds are preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
- Basic understanding of computer systems, software, and troubleshooting concepts.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Willingness to work with rotational week-offs.

Pay: ₹28,800.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
