Responsibilities
- Coordinate and guide couples throughout IVF treatment.
- Schedule appointments, scans, procedures, and follow-ups.
- Explain treatment processes, documentation, and instructions to patients.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, embryologists, and billing teams.
- Maintain patient records and ensure timely communication.
- Provide patient support and handle queries professionally.
- Collaborating with other mental health professionals to develop effective treatment plans for clients.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Educate patients on procedures and recovery.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documents.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
Education: BEMS, BHMS, BNYS, BAMS, M.Sc Psychology, M.A Psychology, MSW
Experience: 0 to 2years
Salary: 15,000 - 20,000
