What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Strategic Partnerships: Network with, develop, and maintain long-term professional relationships with colleges, universities, training institutes, and corporate organizations.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through creative offline and online marketing channels, successfully converting prospective leads into active enrollments.
- Public Presentations: Conduct high-impact presentations, campus seminars, workshops, and awareness programs to advocate for CORNIXE's ecosystem.
- Campaign Coordination: Co-create and coordinate marketing initiatives across various channels while representing CORNIXE at major educational fairs, career expos, and networking events.
- Growth & Analysis: Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to spot fresh growth opportunities while maintaining precise records of all lead interactions in our tracking systems.
- Target Excellence: Hit monthly and quarterly business development targets while collaborating closely with academic teams to ensure peak customer satisfaction.
Who We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- Education: Any Graduate degree. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), Marketing, Management, Commerce, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Experience: Open to enthusiastic freshers with standout communication skills, as well as professionals with 1–3 years of proven track records in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and elite relationship-management capabilities. Basic knowledge of digital marketing is considered an excellent asset.
- Mindset: A goal-oriented, self-motivated individual who can hustle independently while seamlessly collaborating with a larger team.
