Role Overview
As a Program Manager, You’ll lead strategic supply chain initiatives across multiple countries, ensuring seamless coordination between global teams, suppliers, and logistics partners. This role demands a blend of operational expertise, cultural fluency, and stakeholder finesse to drive efficiency and innovation across borders.
Key Responsibilities

Global Program Leadership: Manage end-to-end supply chain programs including procurement, logistics, inventory, and fulfillment across regions.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, and external partners across geographies; tailor communication to cultural and organizational contexts.

Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions across international supply chain operations.

Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to local regulations, trade laws, and customs requirements.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics to forecast demand, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.

Technology Integration: Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to implement tools that enhance visibility and automation.

Reporting & Governance: Deliver executive-level updates and maintain program documentation for global visibility.

Cost Optimization: Develop a cost-effective plan and optimize resource utilization to minimize operational expenses
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)

6+ years of experience in supply chain operations, with 3+ years in international program management

Strong understanding of logistics, procurement, and manufacturing processes

Experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors across countries

Excellent communication and negotiation skills across cultures

Proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, SQL and supply chain platforms (SAP, Oracle, etc.)

PMP, CSCP, or equivalent certification is a plus
