Key responsibilities:
1. Receive project handover from the sales team and understand client requirements
2. Prepare project execution plans, schedules, and trackers
3. Coordinate with operations, technical, procurement, site, and support teams
4. Manage communication between clients, members, vendors, and internal teams
5. Monitor project progress and ensure timely milestone achievement
6. Maintain reports, documentation, approvals, and project trackers
7. Share regular project updates with clients and management
8. Conduct site inspections and follow up on pending work or quality concerns
9. Identify risks, delays, dependencies, and escalations proactively
10. Manage client queries, change requests, and escalations professionally
11. Ensure smooth project closure, handover, and customer satisfaction
