At Kapture CX, we are looking for a Senior Manager – Partnerships in our Partnerships & Alliances team.

We partner with enterprises across industries to bring scalable automation and insight-driven efficiencies to their CX operations. Over a thousand clients across 18 countries have used Kapture’s products to enhance their customer experience, including Unilever, Reliance, Coca-Cola, Bigbasket, Meesho, Airtel Payments Bank, and Cathay Pacific. Kapture delivers industry-specific solutions powered by AI, tailored workflows, and seamless automation.
Kapture CX is headquartered in Bangalore and we have offices in Mumbai and Delhi/NCR in India, along with a global presence in the USA, UAE, Singapore, Philippines, and Indonesia.
This role puts you at the center of building and scaling Kapture’s partner ecosystem. You will own senior-level partner relationships, drive partner-led revenue, and shape a high-impact partnerships motion in an AI-first SaaS organization.

You will be the first point of contact for all strategic partners, owning relationships end to end

You will build trust and credibility for Kapture’s product with senior stakeholders across consulting firms, BPMs, and technology partners

You will drive partner-led opportunities by engaging CXOs, Partners, and Directors, enabling a top-down selling approach

You will ensure a seamless partner experience through high responsiveness, quick turnarounds, and strong ownership

You will coordinate closely with internal teams (Sales, Product, Leadership) to convert partnerships into real business outcomes

We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility. Travel may be required as part of this role.

You bring 6–10 years of experience in consulting, enterprise sales, partnerships, or strategic roles

You come from a top-tier educational background, enabling faster ramp-up and senior stakeholder credibility ( MBA preferred)

You are comfortable operating with high ownership in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

You have stability in your career journey, with no frequent job switches

You communicate sharply, read the room well, and adapt your approach based on context and stakeholders

You manage complex stakeholder hierarchies with ease while keeping business objectives front and center

You have a consulting background with strong client navigation and deal-closure experience

You have worked in enterprise sales roles within pedigree organizations

You have exposure to SaaS, AI, CX, or enterprise technology domains

You have prior experience working with or managing partner ecosystems
