Sales Executive – Cult91
Cult91 is a heritage women's wear brand celebrating timeless craftsmanship through thoughtfully designed pieces, including linen, chikankari, and handcrafted collections. We are looking for passionate individuals who love fashion and enjoy creating memorable shopping experiences for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
- Assist customers with product details, sizing, fabric information, and styling suggestions.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is well-organized at all times.
- Handle billing, payments, exchanges, and customer queries efficiently.
- Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock counts.
- Capture customer information for loyalty programs, WhatsApp marketing, and future engagement.
- Stay updated on current collections, promotions, and fashion trends.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in women's apparel, ethnic wear, or fashion brands.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fashion and styling.
- Customer-centric mindset with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of billing software is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Styling and fashion advisory skills.
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell products.
- Social media awareness and comfort in creating occasional store content.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; additional regional languages are a plus.
