Office Administrator – Field & Administrative Operations

Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Office Administrator who can manage day-to-day administrative activities and represent the hospital for routine government and legal formalities. The candidate will be required to travel to various government offices such as the Village Office, Panchayat Office, Municipality, Taluk Office, and other relevant departments to submit documents, follow up on applications, collect certificates, and complete routine official procedures on behalf of the hospital.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with frequent local travel, have good communication skills, and possess a valid driving licence and their own two-wheeler/bike.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day office administration and documentation.
- Represent the hospital at various government and local administrative offices.
- Visit Village Offices, Panchayat Offices, Municipality/Corporation Offices, Taluk Offices, Revenue Offices, and other government departments as required.
- Complete and follow up on routine legal, administrative, licensing, registration, and documentation formalities on behalf of the hospital.
- Submit applications, forms, letters, and supporting documents to the appropriate authorities.
- Collect certificates, acknowledgements, permits, notices, and other official documents.
- Follow up regularly on pending applications and communicate updates to hospital management.
- Coordinate with government officials and other relevant authorities in a professional manner.
- Maintain proper records of all applications, submissions, receipts, acknowledgements, and completed formalities.
- Safely handle and maintain confidential hospital documents during field visits.
- Assist management with document collection, verification, renewal, and submission activities.
- Handle bank, courier, postal, and other official errands when required.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect the documents and information required for government procedures.
- Perform other administrative and field duties assigned by hospital management.
Field Travel Requirements
- The role involves regular local travel for official purposes.
- Candidate should have their own bike/two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
- Should be willing to travel to different government offices and locations as required.
- Should be familiar with the local area and able to efficiently plan multiple visits.
- Travel expenses/fuel allowance can be provided as per hospital policy.
Requirements
- Previous experience in office administration, hospital administration, field coordination, government office liaison, or a similar role is preferred.
- Good knowledge of routine government office procedures and documentation will be an advantage.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence and own bike are required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with government officials and other authorities.
- Good knowledge of the local area and ability to navigate independently.
- Strong documentation, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, responsible, and willing to travel.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of hospital documents and information.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
