Laboratory Furniture Design & Layout
Prepare laboratory furniture layouts based on client requirements, architectural drawings and site
measurements.
Develop 2D laboratory layouts using AutoCAD/Revit.Prepare plans, elevations, sections and furniture details.
Design layouts for wall benches, island benches, storage cabinets, reagent racks, sink units, equipment
tables, fume hoods and special-purpose laboratory furniture.
Optimize layouts considering workflow, ergonomics, accessibility and equipment requirements.
Coordinate furniture layouts with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drainage and exhaust requirements.
2. 3D Design & Visualization
Prepare basic 3D laboratory layouts and perspectives where required.
Develop 3D views for client presentations and technical proposals.
Incorporate client comments and revise layouts accordingly.
Knowledge of SketchUp / Revit / 3D software will be an advantage.
3. BOQ & Quantity Estimation
Prepare detailed BOQs based on approved layouts.
Carry out accurate quantity take-offs for laboratory furniture and accessories.
Prepare room-wise and project-wise quantity statements.
Identify standard and customized furniture requirements.
Calculate material requirements based on drawings and specifications.
Work Location: In person
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
