Job Title: Admission Counselor Job Overview
The Admission Counselor is responsible for leading and managing the Admission Counselor programs of an institution. This role ensures high standards of Admission Counselling curriculum development, faculty performance, and student outcomes. The Admission Counselor works closely with teachers, administrators, and stakeholders to maintain academic excellence and institutional goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and implement academic policies and curriculum
- Working in Admission Counselor Department .
- Ensure quality standards in teaching, learning, and assessment
- Supervise and evaluate faculty performance
- Provide guidance and training to teaching staff
- Monitor student progress and academic outcomes
- Lead accreditation and compliance processes
- Introduce innovative teaching methods and technologies
- Coordinate with departments for smooth academic operations
- Prepare academic reports and performance analysis
- Ensure alignment with education board or university regulations
