The SIOP Analyst supports the Sales Inventory Operations & Planning process, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, and inventory strategies. This role is critical for maintaining optimal stock levels, meeting customer delivery performance targets, and supporting global logistics initiatives.
What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
Key Responsibilities
- Demand & Supply Planning
- Participate in the SIOP process and ensure timely completion of supply review inputs and outputs.
- Assist in demand management through forecast reviews and ERP updates.
- Create and provide requirements for factories and third-party suppliers.
- Track demand and supply performance metrics, such as delivery performance, days inventory on hand (DIOH), E&O and instances of unmet demand or late deliveries.
- Inventory & Stock Optimization
- Coordinate inventory planning and optimize stock profiles according to company policies and KPIs.
- Perform safety stock and ABC calculations.
- Monitor excess and obsolete stock and initiate corrective actions.
- ERP & Data Integrity
- Maintain planning parameters integrity in ERP systems (preferably M3/SAP).
- Support global logistics projects and ensure alignment with business intelligence platforms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with customer service, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Participate in logistics group projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent experience (preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field).
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in Demand Planning.
- Competencies and Technical Skills:
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- ERP systems knowledge (M3/SAP) and BI platforms.
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
- Ability to plan, self-organize, and work in an international environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
