We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Administrator & Accounts Executive to handle office operations, basic accounting, compliance coordination, and HR support activities. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.
Roles & Responsibilities: Manage daily office operations and ensure workplace readiness. Maintain attendance records and support daily coordination activities. Handle accounts in Tally including entries, reconciliations, and petty cash. Prepare salary statements and generate pay slips. Coordinate with CA for GST, tax filings, and compliance documentation. Track and remind for bill payments, renewals, and subscriptions. Support recruitment: job postings, interview scheduling, and coordination. Maintain employee records and documentation, provide basic IT and infrastructure support, coordinate office maintenance, vendors, and service providers. Key Skills Required: Knowledge of Tally and basic accounting, good communication and coordination skills. MS Office / Excel proficiency. Organizational and multitasking ability. Basic IT troubleshooting knowledge. Preferred Candidate Profile responsible and detail-oriented able to handle multiple responsibilities independently. Good interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
