Job Summary
Ruby Steels, a leading provider of high-quality steel products, seeks a dynamic District Sales Representative to drive sales and expand market presence in Balangir district. The ideal candidate will leverage 1-2 years of sales experience in steels, paints, or cement industries to achieve targets, build client relationships, and promote our premium steel solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with contractors, builders, fabricators, and industrial clients in assigned districts.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive prospecting and relationship management.
- Conduct product demonstrations, negotiate deals, and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend strategies for growth.
- Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and collaborate with the regional team for inventory and logistics support.
- Represent Ruby Steels at local trade events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on sales experience in steels, paints, or cement sector companies.
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas in B2B environments.
- Strong knowledge of the Odisha construction and industrial markets, especially in Balangir district.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within districts; valid driver's license required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
