Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Admission Advisor to guide prospective students through the enrollment process. The role involves handling walk-ins, generating leads, and converting inquiries into admissions while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend and counsel walk-in students and parents regarding courses and career opportunities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, inquiries, and follow-ups
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets
- Convert leads into successful admissions through effective counseling
- Maintain and update student databases and CRM records
- Conduct campus tours and explain facilities, courses, and benefits
- Coordinate with academic and admin teams for smooth onboarding
- Participate in promotional activities, seminars, and admission drives
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and parents
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with target achievement ability
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Positive attitude, energetic, and self-motivated
