Senior Estimation Engineer

Immediate Requirement
We are urgently looking for a highly experienced Estimation Engineer to join our team for handling residential, villa, and high-rise building projects.
If you have strong expertise in quantity take-off, cost estimation, and site coordination — this is an excellent opportunity to work with a growing premium construction company.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs
- Analyse drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Conduct site visits and take measurements when required
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and procurement team
- Monitor project costs and suggest cost-control measures
- Prepare tender documents and assist in project planning
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in:
- Residential projects
- Villa construction
- High-rise buildings
- Strong expertise in estimation, costing, and BOQ preparation
- Proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- Excel (advanced level preferred)
- Estimation software/tools (added advantage)
- Good knowledge of materials, market rates, and construction methods
- Ability to independently handle projects and site coordination
- candidates preferred to do site visits & measurements required)
