GST Litigation & Compliance Executive
Prateek Gupta & Company, Chartered Accountants is looking for a GST Litigation & Compliance Executive/Associate to join our team at Navyug Market, Ghaziabad.

Key Responsibilities :
- Draft well-researched and legally sound replies to GST notices, SCNs, orders and other departmental communications
- Handle GST litigation-related assignments, including matters before GST authorities and GSTAT
- Research relevant GST provisions, circulars, notifications, case laws and judicial precedents
- Assist in preparing submissions, written arguments and supporting documentation for GST proceedings
- Coordinate with clients to collect relevant facts, documents and information required for litigation matters
- Prepare and manage GST Certificates and other GST-related certifications for clients
- Review GST records and identify inconsistencies/issues relevant to notices and litigation
- Maintain proper records and trackers for ongoing GST notices, hearings, submissions and deadlines
- Stay updated with changes in GST law, procedures and litigation developments
What We’re Looking For
- CA Inter / CMA / B.Com / M.Com or relevant qualification
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in GST, preferably with exposure to litigation
- Strong drafting and written communication skills
- Good understanding of GST Acts, Rules, notifications and circulars
- Ability to independently analyse a notice and formulate a suitable response
- Knowledge of GST case laws and litigation procedures will be an advantage
- Good command over MS Excel and Word
